The Story Behind NAVAROOT
A mother looked for a
truly healthy snack.
She couldn't find one.
Her son wanted crisps. She wanted him to have something real. Every product on the shelf was either unhealthy, or healthy but tasteless, or healthy and priced like a luxury. None of them made sense. So she started making her own.
It started with a small dehydrator on a kitchen counter — carrot powder, beetroot powder, moringa powder, folded into dosas and rotis to make everyday food quietly more nutritious. Then came the crisps. Then came the vision: that healthy snacking shouldn't be a compromise.
The Beginning
"I couldn't find a snack I felt good giving my son. Everything healthy tasted like cardboard. Everything tasty was junk. I decided to make the snack I always wanted to exist."
The Process
"I started with powders — beetroot into dosas, moringa into rotis. Then I found dehydrating. Low temperature. No oil. The vegetables kept their colour, their flavour, their nutrition. I knew this was it."
The Vision
"Snacking shouldn't be a guilty pleasure. It should just be a pleasure. That's what NAVAROOT is — the snack that didn't exist until now."
